Welcome to Hoot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree, do not use the service.

Hoot is a feedback collection and roadmap tool. We let you create boards, receive submissions from your users, and organize them into a public or private roadmap.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you submit through Hoot (boards, posts, comments, files). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content strictly to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for the content posted on your boards and for ensuring you have the rights to post it.

5. Plans, billing and changes

We may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, features, and limits may change; we will give reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect existing paid subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may close your account at any time from settings.
